Do not know how to ask this question but will try anyway. We use too have a bass club and for new members that wanted too learn jig fishing or how to use a different tech. They would meet and give a demo.We have a lot of new members and old that would like to say learn longlineing, spidderrigging, single pole.My question is could their be a sticky or forum for these folks to maybe get together with other crappie fishermen and learn. Not for free maybe pay gas or sit in the back of a pro or someone willing to demo their tech. Do you think their is a place for this without someone taking advantge of the other fishermen (learning their secret brushpiles).Enjoy and have learned a lot great site!!!
Do we need a sticky or forum for Pro's and New members/old wannbee's to learn!!!

I'm down, I need to learn some spider rigging techniques cause I'm new to it. I'd love to spend a day with a pro and learn some techniques. I'll pitch in for gas, bait, food, cold beer, or whatever we need for the day, within reason of course.

Very interesting idea. Are you basically talking about a seminar of sorts or real time in the water? If its more of a seminar let me know more about what you guys have in mind. If its time on the water, it's hard to do the time of year that is coming up for most pro's as the tournament trails are starting up and between those, guide trips eat most of the leftover time.

But either way, I like the idea and believe I could help put something together if there is enough interest. It'll just have to be scheduled between the tourneys and trips for most of the pro staffers to attend.

Retract the word "pro" and insert "more experienced fishermen"
