    I use minnow style jig heads that I pour myself. Most of the time I use a 1/16th oz with a #2 hook but sometimes I like a 1/32 oz. I pour the 1/32 with #2 and #4 hooks I like the smaller hooks when jigging trees and the larger hooks for jigging in pads or brush. I paint some and some I use plain. Painted favorites, Chartruese, White, Pink and Orange.

    We pour and paint our own jigheads round,minnow,staggered barb, powderpaint and epoxy paint from barlow's tackle,lurepartsonline.Hooks from litwire hooks,lurecraft,captain hooks,lurepartsonline. Crappie tubes from southern pro,midsouth,precision lures,grubs and other plastic's from Rite-Bite baits,fishnstuff in sherwood,Greers ferry.Crappie jigs from Jim Canadas bait shop. Pro jig tyer.Has been tying for many years.

    Check out www.************************* Steve offers the Deep Ledge Jig. Very compact jig that when your in the lumber yard a few quick jerks and it comes loose. Also a great price.

    Hey largemouth, i am jot affiliated with monks but there stinger shad for 50 pack is 4.95 not sure about shipping. Hope that helps ya. Also check out LAcrappie baits. Good prices too.
