Haven't been able to fish for a while, been moving into the new house and doing some work to the old one, looks like it will be a couple more weeks before I can get back on the water , for now I'm just enjoying reading everyones posts, but I will be ready for the tourney on Conway and ready the spank some of them big ole Conway hogs!!!

Good luck at the Tournament. Don't over do the work . Remember all work and no play makes Jack (Greg) a dull boy .

You ain't missed much up here , with my mother's funeral and a few other things I been busy too. Windy and cold, we ain't missed much. Only time I went on Nimrod lately it was cold windy and falling water. Took Cliff along and we kept 8 Crappie. Hopefully it will improve or I'll make a trip somewhere. Still looking forward to our Dardanelle trip , hope the weather breaks soon.

Well, this is embarrassing. But I haven't fished since October. It's a long story......some is other priorities, and some is family issues. But still, I'm ABOUT TO FISH IN MY PANTS.

Looks like it's going to be next week before I can go. I have no clue where to go.........but I'm going somewhere next week......Mon or Tue or Wed or Thurs or Fri......or all...... I don't fish in bad wind, but next week I'm fishing if it snows.

Ahh, I see. Like when the bite is really on, and you break your line and have to retie your leader. Hurry up and toss it in the water and realize you forgot to tie the leader to the mainline? That kind of eagerness can be counterproductive, be careful!!!
