    I didn't even know it was open. Biggest crappie I ever weighed came from there. My dad caught it.

    I used crawdads down there once. They worked as good or better than the minnows we had.

    This weather sucks!
    Crappie are snobby..... Why can't they be easy to catch...Like bass?

    Whats the average depth on Wappa? I've never fished there but I have been to the ramp coming back from Horseshoe before and there was alot of boats at the ramp...
    Crappie are snobby..... Why can't they be easy to catch...Like bass?

    I'm gna try and make it as well. Went to horseshoe today and didn't catch a single crappie so gna try sumn different

    I talked to the area manager today and he said they have not been catching them this week but I am going to try anyway.
