Default Rough day on blue mountain

Sunday after church I threw caution to the wind and ran off to blue mountain. I fished the same area of the river I had fished a few weeks back with success yet this time I had no luck. Here comes the excuses...the wind was blowing me up river while the current was taking my bait down river, the water was muddy as if I were floating in Cocoa, and the water temp had changed from 52 a few weeks back to 42. Some of my friends were there all day and a boat with 3 dudes in it caught a ton of Dinkers with 3 keepers the other boat kept 15 but he told me he didn't stay on the river...not sure where he was if he went to the main lake or left and hit a pond up by his house. I left after 3 hours and five fish caught none of which were keepers. I did get lucky though once I got home. I wet my hook in a neighbors pond and after 6 casts caught my personal best bass Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1361908643.668410.jpg

Size: 55.4 KB I have no clue what it weighed but feel free to guess in relation to my hand. I will say this its eyes were as big as mine! I think before this I may have caught a 2 pound bass. Not hard to say this was bigger than that! Also I found this by the pond Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1361908877.531059.jpg

If I woulda caught the bass, I'd guess it about 11. Since you caught it, I'm gonna go with 6 and change.
