    Default Crappie Season?

Well, the Spring spawn is getting close and all the fair weather guys are getting antsy. They hear me talk about fishing and they say, "Yeah, they gonna start biting real soon!" Haha, I just say "yep" as I thumb through all the pics of them wintertime SLABS! Good luck to all this Crappie season!

Crappie season lasts all year long except for a short break in November for Deer hunting. My favorite time is post spawn when weather is more stable but catch them every month of the year.

I leave the spawn to the masses. Not worth it. After they are off the beds, time to pull out the cranks.

X2, and must smack a few quacks!

I prefer fishing Conway in the summer.
Same limit of fish just less people on the lake.
