    Just us a jig more colors to chose from lol. I think grizzly sells something that colors them minners though.

    They make about four different color dip for minnows. Bass Pro has it and I think it's made by Berkley.

    I have heard that food coloring and koolaid don't work but I've never tried it. You can; however, put the skin from red onions in with them overnight and that will work.

    I say leave the sugar ! maybe add a few drops of rye ! fire them suckers up ! Heck with that mixture they may go out and woop some crappie
