CMJ no tequila in this batch but there is Bourbon in Barbeque sauce. I call this salsa the Paper Belly its mainly for the kids and those that like it a little on the mild side. The next batch will have the tequila and chipoltes to kick it up some. You can put some that on a crappie taco and it will set you free. The base for the sauce is

1 QT White Vinegar
1 QT Worcestershire sauce
1 QT Apple Juice
1 QT Ketchup
1 QT Water
Brown Sugar to taste
Tabasco to taste
Liquid Smoke to taste some like a lot some dont
I add a rub to it I make and bourbon but you can put whatever you like from here.

Then cook it for a few hours
