ACA (Arkansas Crappie Association) will be posting in the next few days some local tournament dates and rules.

do you have to fish all tournaments posted or just a few if possible? I work alot and would like to fish a tournament, like gbatts, to self improve my skills but dont have capability to miss alot of work and drive all over state (although I would like to)

    Default crappie tournaments??

We could just do a crappie com fruit jar sometime. Put a bunch lakes in a pot, post a day and draw a lake a day or two before to eliminate prefishing. Although some lakes will always be someone's home waters.

    Default crappie tournaments??

These will be "fruit-jar" type tournaments with small entry fees and only held on weekends. I am not putting this together but I did help the guy with the rules, etc.

He says he will post the information today. I know the schedule and the tournaments are scheduled at good times according the spring bite on each lake.

I'll get in on some of those tournaments. I'm not looking to win, but I do like going to a new lake and learning to fish something different and meeting some new people!
