I don't understand your fishing philosophy...... You keep going to lakes that are not great crappie producers and continually don't catch crap. U then come on here and tell us how bad these lakes are. I have never seen you give a decent report. The closest place I fished from home last year was 55 miles. On average I drive 200 plus miles round trip to fish. I don't like it and fish less often because of it but at least I'm putting the odds in my favor when I do go. Sometimes you have to go where the fish are...... If not, and it looks as if you are proving it on a consistent basis, then you are just wasting your time.
