Thread: Conway 1/19/13

Got on the water about 1:30 Saturday , with beautiful sunshine and a light breeze , started off fishing brush piles with not much luck , did see a few CDC members as they were headed out but never got to say hello to CP and midsouth man , the bite never picked up for me until dark , had only 2 keepers until the sun went down, the piles deep were dead last night so changed tactics and found fish by dragging a jig just off the grass line in 2-3 fow about 18" deep, it was still a little off but did bring home a dozen good fish

Nice catch Greg there are some hoss'es to be had up there. Lots of times all you need to do is keep changing fishing styles to find them in that creek.... looks like you made the right move.

Thats what it took last night, unfortunately I didnt find them until it was time to go!
