Bunch of newbies on here compared to how long me, Nimrod, and Creekslick been on here. Probably forgot a few old timers that still post. Actually, the Arkansas forum was kind of dead when I first joined. It would go a week sometimes without a post. Specially in the dead of Summer.
I often wonder about the old regulars we had back then. Slipcork post everyonce in a while. CEB is too busy being a doctor. I had a flat on my trailer near Denby a couple of years ago; after I got it switched out, Gooch suddenly appeared and said hello. I still see Jerry Blake once in a while. Even back then, we all threw a bunch of BS at each other and it didn't get out of hand.
This forum has come a long way. Jerry used to put Crappie Camps on and worked his butt off doing everything. Now our camps are bigger and better with so many pitching in. I appreciate my buddies on the Arkansas forum. Even the yankees that join in every once in a while. The people that have become regulars since I have joined have only made it better.
Welcome to the new crop. I feel it can only get better from here.
