Do you have Two internet browsers loaded like Internet explorer and Google Chrome. If you do try uninstalling Google chrome and see if that helps. I have found running to two internet browsers is more trouble than it's worth and causes problems.

Also if you have windows, go into accessories, systems tools, and run disk clean up, disk defrag and an over all cleanup. i use C cleaner or you can use the one in accessory's. Remember you should always be running a cleaner every other day to help keep you computer running smooth. This may help.
