    I saw where the second place team was fishing Eagle and figured they were fishing the docks. I figured you guys did the same especially since you caught so many. Looks like you did pretty good spider rigging though.

    they did battle the crowd but we decided to spidder rig at chotard since the river was back in it we thought some of them big river slabs might be back in there !!!

    thanks,ski there are 8 new teams (rookie) this year and 62 teams altogther !!!! their is some serious competition with this bunch of fisherman and some great fisherman as well as great people !!!!!

    I like that pic. That look's like a nice old big un. And the fish were great. Send a few of those down to Toledo Bend for our c.c gathering at the end of the month. Way to go and good luck on that rookie title.

    How was the trolling on Chotard? Did y'all catch good numbers of fish trolling?

    The day was slow at Chotard with the weather, but the numbers had been good till then. We should have fished the piers, but at 4am there was 4 boats sittin on the one we fished. It was just to crowded. When the rain started, the locals took off, and the few tourney teams there had their way with em. Hind sight is always 20-20. Lol

    Handi, most of the fish on the docks were smaller. There was some good ones there tho. Jerry had over 10lbs off the one dock Friday. We got some good info on Albamarle so that's where we went. Fished it in the dark. We had never been there before. The info was spot on tho. Thanks G3!!!!!

    mike the bite had been really good but the fish was on the thin side due that the river has not been in there in 4 months but saturday the bite was slow but it rain for 12 hours and was about 36 degrees !! one of the top 5 caught there's in tenn. lake!!
