    Russ, if you pull em up too fast from that depth, they will bleed from the nose and ears. : )

    I fished in the deepest water I could find (35ft) and got nothing. Ended up getting them in 12 ft of water (LOL) on the bottom.

    Yep... if we could have found 70 feet deep we would have fished it. I have seen this pattern several times when it gets cold, but most times I dont have 50-60 feet of water to fish in the area.

    You just never know...but I am a big believer in fishing deep water when it gets this cold.
