    Default An adventure

Well i just couldn't sit around the house so i sent a message out to crappie greg and asked him if he was off ad wanted to fish. He was and so i loaded my boat and headed north. The roads were decent but worse in little rock. There were several cars and trucks off the road but I tool it easy and met up with Greg in a short while. I also saw a lot of potential brush piles along side the road

Greg single poled nimrod style and i spidered my usual way. It didn't take greg long to switch to my other four poles. We wore out the shad and caught some nice crappie along the way. Greg almost got a new nickname to shad greg cause he sure caught some whopper shad this afternoon lol. I tried to sneak some pictures but he was quick to get em off the hook roflol. I think greg may have found a new color than orange he likes too. It was a great trip and enjoyed the company. Thanks greg for letting me tag along. It was nice to fish old waters i havent been on in 12 years. We had a nice box of fish when the trip was over. Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1356654609.932628.jpg

Nice looking fish! Look like a heater on the front of boat. You would have needed one today.

Hey light wire both mickie and greg learned about your jigs ol buddy. They come in real handy when fishing all the trash. Greg commented on how clean they are out of the package.

Nice job guys. Wish I'd gone fishin today. I'm gonna put a few more things on my boat tomorrow, and I'm headed somewhere to run her for 2-3 hours. Hate that break in time, but gotta do it. Hope the snow and rain holds off, but it don't look like its gonna. Guess I'll get to try out that new Guide Wear I got.
