Prayer sent. Better get a second opinion. I been through the same thing. I was told I had to have surgery in 95. Second opinion put me in therapy at Southwest Hospital. That worked for me.

Prayers sent for Brooke and your family. I also would get a second opinion. My experience has been that you don't operate on bulging discs, unless there is some nerve root impingement that nothing but surgery will cure. If the pressure on the nerve can be relieved non-surgically, I think I'd try that first. I have 3 MRI documented herniated discs in my cervical and lumbar spine and haven't had surgery. Workers' comp may not want to pay for the second opinion, but it might be worth it to pay for it yourself if it will save Brooke what Creek has been through. Just my![]()
