Russ, i envy the guys that can take disrespect with a smile and carry on like nothing happened. Unfortunately, i am not one of those guys! Wish i was, life would be easier! But, maybe that comes with age?

its like this no one forces you to fish anywhere,i havent heard any one complaining about piles up at caney right now, well they must be catching fish.those isolated individualls especially from private sectors here will try to run people out it happens most all places.well i bet those few guys are up here fishing right now chuckling and catching fish,because they have alot of room today,stated in my other post 8 boats here this morning.yesterday caught 12 in 3o min 1hr before dark,had two other boats right around me.one boat from camp up there said save some for us.i laughed and replied hell yall need to save some for me since yall fish here all day!!... anyways the moral is as long as i can catch fish like that ill put up with a little B.S.it will be alright you know.

Fished Gold Creek today and wish the fish would have been as good to me as Dano and the few people that fished it with me were but that's why they call it fishing and not catching. I did catch two pigs in the pads and that my friends is worth the effort for me.

Fished there with a buddy today too. Rookie if you were in the jet boat, we may have talked to you this morning. Glad you got a couple good uns.

Fished a lot of places throughout the south, but never saw so many boats in so little water. That little creek is tight. Kinda hard to stay what I would normally consider a respectful distance, but I haven't had any trouble and haven't started any when others get a little close to me. Fishing relieves stress for me, fighting...not so much.

Funny thing is that I've caught more and better fish a little bit away from the masses more times than not there.

it wasn't me still at home in st louis but at the looks of it the bite is on. going there this week end

Nope not me. I went out to Gold Creek for the first time this year on Friday evening. Was not crowded at all. 3 boats. Caught a couple in the pads. The cold snap got them all messed up.

Well give them a couple days and that place will be on fire.
