I live close to Heber Springs and I would like to find a good 14ft jonboat/trailer/motor wider than a 36' with a 4 person capacity, preferably close to North Central Ar. Prefer all-welded... Nothing fancy, something under $1000 that me and my daughter could rig up ourselves and reliable. Thanks

I have a 14 36 flatbottom, but no way would I fish 4 out of it! Fishing 4 get you a 16 48 with at least 21 inch sides.

You probably will have to look for something like these:

I tried doing a search on iboats.com for you and got no results.

Thanks guys. You want to hear the bad thing, I had a 1448 fishing boat and sold it a couple of years back, guy offered me a good deal. I could have modified my setup much easier than starting over. But I'm going to make sure I get what I want this time and plan on keeping it. I have another question on boats. I want a boat that I can fish lakes and also do quite alot of trout fishing on the Little Red. I looked at a V-hull fishing boat over the weekend. Looked like it would be nice on a lake, but how deep do they sit in the water? I don't know how it would do on a shallow river like the little red?
