We caught these eyes up in lake Erie last month on 24 inch leaders with a spinning blade and half a night crawler.Name: IMG_0052.jpg

Shocking turned up more walleyes than trout above dam 3 a few years ago. Anchor up river from the dam and catch sem i've heard. Also from hardy down to williford was at one time one of the best smallie streams in the country. Saw homer circle fish it once. Down where it runs into black river has some nice ones. I was happy with my 11.75 til i ran into a guy about a mile up that said the week before he had a 19-4 there. Thought he was hung and was breaking off when he felt it surge.
Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
The sheep live in fear of the wolf but in the end it's the shepherd that eats them.
The two loudest sounds are a gun that goes click when it is supposed to go bang and

Yep. Walleyes. A friend from hardy had a 7-8 pounder on the wall. One day he walked across to the river and he said there was a dead one washed up and partly decayed that he said would eat the one on the wall. First time i hit the spring river- black river confluence we caught a mice stringer full with 5 over 5 pounds up to 7.5. Boy this was gonna be easy! Never got in to them again. We would catch 3-4 with biggest around 3 pounds and a few sauger. Locals from pokey use big minnows and big mr. Twisters. That's what the 19-4 came on.
