Fire was North a couple miles of the lake and burned to #10. I heard it started on top of Ola Mountain on #7. I watched it burn for several hours while on the lake.

Not if there is a length limit on the water you fish.

Ill do it next time I take him fishing. Lake Nimrod is a great lake and me and the Grandson have had one heck of a good time on her the last couple of weeks. I have not ever fished it and not come home with a mess of fillets. I am going to try Blue Mnt sometime when I feel like driving the extra miles. I think Blue Mnt would be a great lake to fish right now also. LOL If you are a crappie fisherman and can't catch a mess on Nimrod.... You may want to take up golf or something. LOL

Believe it are not there are a few locals that handicapped? Can't see how anyone even blindly dragging minnows can manage not to catch a few.
