Default Found a few in 5 foot

If we dont get some rain, my fishin hole is going to dry up. After having to push my boat of the trailer we still found a few. The fish were not a active as last week. The gar are a good indicator. Last week if you caught gar you caught crappie. Maybe it wasnt hot enough. Dont know, we still had a good time.RCC, i caught a few on your rig and the same as luv said they swallered it. I think I used to big of a weight above it.. Also the #11 Meatgetter (MS Queen) and Mid-South tube black and blue. Slow trolling. Also met fellow C.C member HandsomeDan.Good to visit with you.Name: billyscamerajuly2012 011.jpg

That's a nice box of fish and some really good ones in there to boot.

It is true about that rig. The fish, for whatever reason just suck it plumb down. Maybe they just hate that thing. I'd like to try it on a day when the fish were short striking just to see what would happen.

Thanks for taking a risk and wasting a pole to try it.
