Default Catfishing on lower white river

Took a break from crappie fishing and met up with a buddy if mine from Hazen , fished the white river near St Charles friday afternoon and Saturday morning with rod and real for cats, ended up with 30 nice cats the biggest being 8 1/2 and 15 1/2 , lots of fun with an old friend , the lower white is a beautiful stretch of river , can't wait to go back!!Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1341708837.358997.jpg

Great catch, always loved the White River. We used to flip jigs along the banks for Kentuckies every September.

Looks like a good catch with some size caught too.Thumbs Up It's been awhile since I've catfished a river but you brought back some memories as I've done that ALOT during my lifetime with some good friends. Congrats on a great couple of catches.

Nice Catch! What bait are you using to catch them blues? Been doing a bit of cat fishing on lower Little Red. Been catching some channels on Doc's.

I fish a little further south from there. I've been using some cut bait I got from a jumping carp. Catching blues and flats.

Nice ones. I've been fishing the Black river and the White. Been using docs and it seems to work real well. Tried cut bait for some bigger ones but the gar like it better. Doc's catches the best eatin size anyway.
