    Default Good Day Bad Day

Went out this morning with a couple of guys from Searcy. The morning started out REAL slow but picked up after it got hot and the water lice got out. Keep 15 fish and threw back several short fish. On the way back to the ramp we hit a huge boat wake and it knocked one of my 18' rods overboard and snapped it into. It sank before I could get turned around and retrieve it. We did manage to save the crankbait but that was all. The 18'er were the only trolling rods that I had not put floats on banghead but they will after I replace it and the line counter reel.

Hate that for you creek. Must of been a heck of a wake. Thought those deep vee boats could handle pretty good wave.
You should've been here yesterday!!!!

Man, I hate that about your rod and reel! Come out of your rod rack, or rod holder? That's a great argument for that flotation you put on your rods!
My wife keeps saying I never listen to her....... or something like that!
