It's raining here in Garland County too. I has been so long since we had a measurable amount of rain here I had forgotten what it looked like. The grass has been dead for weeks and they were starting to talk about imposing water conservation regulations in the city limits. Thank goodness were getting some now. I hope it rains all night.

Hey!!! Thats cheatin having a garden fairy!! J/K We have been very dry here and finally started getting some rain last week. Just in time. Had not seen the lakes this low in the 27 years i lived here. Glad to hear ya'll are getting some too.
Can't be much more dry than here in South Hot Springs area. We did however pick up 1/4" back about a week ago and Friday evening got a good 1" rain which I do think the good Lord for. I know my tomatoes sure could've used the drink, even with me watering them every evening at dark they weren't looking the best. Course I've helped the wife can about 10qts of tomatoes and we've had plenty to eat.....just wish our squash looked at good as yours does in that picture! I could eat fresh maters and squash every night nearly, and crappie of course.
