Default Rough windy day on the lake.

I fought the wind most of the day try'n to find fish out of the windy main lake. I fished from English Branch to Sunlight bay today. Nimrod Lake just about whupped me today with the high east winds. Hope Bigben7 can wait till next week because the forecast for tomarrow is the same. I kept a limit and a big Buffalo jiggin but it took all day!

Man, that must've been some strong wind, you
threw that buffalo out and the wind blew him right
in the cooler! Yeah, thats what happened.

Cmj , that Buffalo was a heck of a fight on a jig pole. I filleted the boneless meat off the ribs and fried it. That was supper last night and it is all white meat.
dblevens , I gave Buckwheat a needed rest, using Nimrod specials .

I'm disappointed, but I also hate getting blown around in the wind all day. Nice buffalo Nimrod.

banghead Buckwheat is for Grinnel, Nimrod Special is for buffalo. I got it straight now. Are they deep over there?
