Good job mounting. You'll like it if you spider rig, or crank, or drink too much coffee while fishing (spot lock is really handy).

You'll like it no matter how you fish. I just put one on my boat a couple of weeks ago that I bought slightly used from a member here. The electric steering takes a little getting used to but once you do the motor is great. The spot lock is the cat's meow even if you single pole over brush piles like I do. My livewell is in the rear so anytime the wind was blowing much at all and I left the front deck to put the fish in the livewell I would blow off my spot. With the spot lock you don't have that problem.

You're right Billy. I finally got chance to drop it in water. Haven't figured it all out but sure like the remote, and thrust( used to having 46 lbs) instead of 80. Now I have to read instructions to get spot lock.
