    Default Crappie fillets

Since it was too windy to fish thought I'd fry up a few. I was getting ready to freeze my limits from last two days and fish sounded good. Fried 6 fillets and a few Squash slices. Sitting here chow'n down with some green tomato relish. As my dear old dad used to say ''wonder what the po folks are eating''.
