jw the lakes you fish are not large enough to get a way from anyone, all the local pot holes you can see all four sides of the bank!!!!!!

You are right Jerry. I like to get to be bigger lakes when I can but gotta stay close most of time. Blessed to have some potholes close to fish for sure. I do get tired of seeing the same old water though.

i just got my hds 8 hooked up but when i go to structure scan it only shows NO SOURCE...what have i done wrong?

Not sure you have all 3 wires in the back plugged in and the structure scan puck

There I a structure scan puck and a regular looking pick that goes on the back of the boat. Those are your sources.

i thought that was just a external receiver for the gps....i've got both of the transducers mounted and hooked up in the correct spots. i have sonar, just not sidescan or downscan.
