    Had some mustard fried crappie last night. It was pretty darn good.

    Ive tried grillin em but they are so soft they fall apart.

    If you fry, baste em in digon mustard before you batter em and thank me later.

    Yes you did , and espically if you caught them that morning !! MMMmmm

    Crappie are hard to beat about anyway you fix them,; fried, blackened,battered in mustard,or grilled.,but fried is the best.
