    Default East wind

Xring and I fished today, but it was a bad east wind along with falling water. We caught fish but they were on the small side. Hopefully things will improve.

I was going to make the trip over there from Perryville tomorrow but judging by what you are saying it might be a lost cause. I figured the water would have been rising with the rain we had the other day. Were you fishing in the river?

I drug my camper down to there this afternoon and have now come back to Russellville to get the boat. I am hoping to get a gobler in the morning and then fish thru Sunday. I'll post the results- if I can do any good. Maybe the wind will lay and the cooler water won't mess things up too bad. Good luck to all.

Now Nimrod - You should know, "wind from the east - fish bite the least". also "work a 50 hour week - wind will blow on the weekend".
