Lake Dardanelle is a reservoir on the Arkansas River about halfway between Little Rock and Fort Smith on I-40. There is Dardanelle State Park there in Russellville and Piney Bay Recreation Area just a little west of Russellville and a little North of I-40, both of which are Corps of Engineer parks. I think they have electricity and water (no sewer hookup), bath houses, good launch ramps, etc. and are reasonably priced. Both are near where you would want to put in to fish Lake Dardanelle. Hope y'all can make it up here!
