Nimrod, How about a little " Tech Info" on those fish, like how deep, what color jig, etc ? I am in Russellville , off work tomorrow and thinkin of headed to LAke Nimrod. I would have thought the water was so high that you could fish off hey 60 from your truck bed !! Is the water pretty fishable now?

Young whipper snapper you'll be a member of the grumpy old men's club sooner than you think. They caught some good fish too over in your back yard. Hopefully Nimrod will get down near normal before the end of April. I like fishing over there but Nimrod is closer, I just hate to fish it in high water. Expect to see me again soon on Dardanelle till the water over here drops.

They are starting to slowly drop Nimrod. I seldom fish it if it's very high. Better look at normal bank line brush on a fall. That is all I can or will tell you. I believe some give out too much info. Not that I don't like see'n everyone catch fish but , loose lips sink ships. If I gave specfic info everytime I posted I would not have room to fish after awhile. sorry.

I understand..just thought you must be a magician if you are catching like this on Nimrod right now. I am hooked up and headed to Dardanelle to try them today. I will be at Nimrod camped to turkey hunt and fish in a few more weeks, so I'll be watching for your posts..Thanks. PS In 16 months I can be a RETIRED grumpy old man myself !!!!!
