Minnowman, Morgan point is in southeast Arkansas, an oxbow off the lower Arkansas river. It is East of Dumas, Ar. The river started coming in there Sunday morning while I was fishing, sort of shut them off, caught 8 before they quit. The river should be back out by today so maybe it will be back to normal by the weekend. Good luck fishing.
