Go to any auto parts store and buy "auto" rubber fuel line. It won't crack in the cold or get stiff.... use hose clamps to connect to your bulb and motor and tank fittings....

Think about it, does the gas line on an auto get hard and crack in the cold? no.... I don't know why they make boat tank gas lines out of that stiff plastic.. maybe so you have to buy more each year or two when they crack...
