    Default Finally, some crappie!


    Went to JW's Friday night and got a lesson in trolling, and I appreciate it greatly. He also gave me some pointers on where to go, and I really appreciate that. Did pretty good, kept 7 caught 11, plus bass and hybrids and about 20 dern gar. Had my personal best crappie at boat and it got loose (it was a hog), I forgot my net, won't do that again. Got some confidence back and can't wait to go tomorrow. Big thanks to a classy guy, JW!

    I think we all have our slumps at times but it ain't nothing a few thumps at the end of the line can't fix. Nice catch!
