Actually, as posted above. The drum do taste alot like red fish, hence the blackened drum. Also, if you'll take a larger size fish, fillet it and cut into finger strips, boil it in shrimp boil and chill immediately, serve with cocktail sauce. It's really not bad at all. Will make you wanna keep afew more the next time your out.
