There is a $10 dollar lic for Residents of either Missouri or Arkansas which permits one to go over the line and fish in the other state in either of these two lakes. It does not give one the right to go on up into the rivers or creeks which run into the lake. If one is 65 or over the lic can be for life. The lic can be purchased at any place which sell lic.
