    Default Tuff Day on Dardanelle

I sauntered over to Dardanelle today,,got there about 10:00 AM..with in 15 minutes I had 3 caught, largest was about 1 1/2 pounds, smallest about 10 inches...then it slowed, drasticly. I caught these fish bumping bottom in 32 to 36 feet of water. I marked lots of fish suspended over 50+ feet of water in the 20 to 35 feet range. I could catch one,,sometimes two before they disappeared and the search would resume.

Dardanelle is clearing fast on the lower end, by Monday it should be good fishing, I just checked my schedule, I'm off Monday, tuesday,,wednesday,,thursday, friday,, saturday,, and of course,,sunday, I NEVER work on Sunday...Love fishing these deep and soon to be, clear lakes...lol

So what you are saying xring is, if I understand it right...you fish and lay around during the week, and rest on weekends?
I know a job like that is really hard on you, cause I'm 66 years young myself, it ain't no easy job.
Shoot my wife makes me pour my own cereal in my bowl for breakfast. It's a tuff life this retirement...

What you mean the Wizard of Dardanelle had a hard day. LOL I had two hard days in a row on Gold Creek with my numbers 18-10, lost two big fish at the boat dag nabitt. One thing that really tees me off is losing a big fish you get to lay eyes on. Really makes me mad at em.
