    Yes I use these to longline, that's why I did not paint eyes on them because I know I am going to lose them.

    Those are good looking jigs. I've been painting heads myself lately. I'll paint a few, hang em, let em dry and paint em again. I always use a clear coat over that once it drys so they won't chip up too bad. The rubber skirts aren't too high so I usually just buy them. now the lead can get pricey so pouring your own isn't a bad idea. I pour all my egg weights for bass and cat fishing though, just don't have the jig head mold.

    I have caught more this Fall and Winter on the pink/chartreuse but the last few times I have been out the white/gray was by far the best.
