I'm Jeremy. I live in Haskell and fish mostly Degray and Hamilton. In fact after tomorrow I'll be there for 8 or 10 days. I fish more than I catch fish but hey I'm learning. Lowe Skorpion boat.
Im DJ, Live in Conway, fish all over the state and TN. I have a 15 ft flat bottom w/ a 15hp (disregard the 9.9 sticker..lol). I spend most of my time with a jigging pole on Lake Conway, Maumelle, or Arkansas River.
He said, "Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some." When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.

Michael here from Searcy. I fish all over AR chasing those slabs.
I'm Alan , live in Russellville kinda new to crappie fishing , I have a 2010 18 ft xpress with a 70 Yamaha 4 stroke , I mostly try to fish during the week and lay low on the weekends . I prefer to single pole jig fish but I will spider rig a little, I also enjoy bowhunting whitetails . Most of what I have learned about crappie fishing has come from paying attention to the posts on crappie.com and fishing with and around xring rtark and crappie pro . Good times...
Newbie here. I just joined today. Found this website link a couple of days ago. Really just getting in to crappie fishing. I have a 1548 G3 duck boat with a Yamaha 25, and a 10' john boat with trolling motor. Going to be fishing Lake Barnett and White River around Devalls Bluff.

Steve from Greenbrier, and I used to fish Greers and Brewer mostly, but moved camper to Nimrod last year, and going to enjoy the slabs over there. I still get in the river some, and last few years spent quite a bit of time on Dardenelle. Had a rough summer last year and just now feeling like getting back at it. Got a txw 175 Bass Tracker with 60HP 4 stroke Merc and a 16x54 camo Grizzly with 50HP 4 stroke Merc. Don't have to catch fish to be happy, but it helps.
One thing that would help us old people that can't remember is for you all to put your city in front of Arkansas (location)
My name is Gary, and I'm a crappie addict... I recently bought a house in Cherokee Village. I'm not really new, have been a member since 2005 I think, but new to the Ar. board. My home lake is Grenada Lake, Ms.
John Woods and myself have a crappie guide business together at Grenada, Sardis, Enid, Arkabutla, Ms.
Every since we have been here my wife's health has deteriorated so much that I can't fish like I use to.
She just had sugery yesterday in Mountain Home to remove a tumor, but we are holding on to God and believe things will be ok.
I just have a bass tracker 17 1/2 foot pro crappie right now, with a 40 mercury. I spider rigg, but will do what ever it takes to gett em in the boat.
When things get alittle better I plan on going to Conway Lake, and help thin the crappie out so they will room to grow...lol.
Good Fishing....crappie cowboy
I am considered a newbie to this forum, but by no means am I a newbie to crappie.I love crappie/bass/hybrid/stripers. I grew up here in Arkansas but my father flew me down to Waco, TX 3-5 times a year to show me how. (on Lake Waco and Lake Whitney) The days after he passed and I had his tackle at the house changed my life again. He hand painted all his jig heads/cranks/top water/spinners. He won alot of tournaments, but never was a star.
Looking at it not now, he tried to show me a good time. Unfortunately, I looked at it like work and quickly got bored. Same as hunting.. we had West Texas on lock. I'd rather ride the 4 wheeler and shoot Dove and Quail, (and slaughtered em) than hunt a trophy deer. I was friggin 13, gimme a break.
Oh some how I got away from the question at hand.
My name is James. Some call me Jimbo', a few call me Jim, and if I told ya what my friends called me, hell I would be banned from here. I live in Lonoke AR, (on the border of Cabot) have a War Eagle Predator 861 that is always ready to go, simply looking for a person to go with.
I typically fish Private Pond-Lake-Reservoir, White River, (Ox-Bows rule) Arkansas River, (see White River) Greers Ferry, (can anyone say Narrows) Cache River Chain, ( if ya never done it.....) Pickthorne, (there are fish there) Conway, (can anyone mark a damn lane? hell I follow markers and still hit stumps!) Dagmar, Maddox Bay, (theres a 11-12lb Bass there I guarantee it) Ouachita for Stripes, (I'm lucky to do this 2 times a year) Next?
