My name is Charles from Springdale. I am fairly new to crappie fishing and still have much to learn. Ordering some rod holders and going to try to learn how to spiderrig to add an option to what I can try. I mainly fish Beaver but will hit Elmdale and Fayetteville sometime to avoid the boat traffic. Plan on trying some of the central AR lakes this year. Have an older Bass Tracker with a Evinrude 110. I am also hoping to meet some of the great people on this site this year as well but working full time cramps the schedule at times.
Chuck from Fort Smith, pretty much gave up on Lee Creek (tho I will probably go back this spring) now fishing Vine Prairie area. Mostly minnows and learning about jigs outta my 12 ft grumman flat bottom (with crappie.com sticker) with a 7 hp Evinrude. Putting in new carpet and a front seat pedestal. Also want to explore Blue Mountain lake.

Matt from Cabot here. I spent my early teen years learning to fish with two guys that knew nothing but tight lining jigs, minnows, or a combination of the two around brush and different structure on backwaters off the Cache river where you could fish for two days and never see another boat. I owe more to those guys than I could ever pay back in a lifetime and I try to carry on the tradition when I get the chance. I've been known to wet a hook all over the central part of the state and I definitely don't mind hanging a spring loaded hook from a limb every chance I get. I'd rather be on the water at night than any other time :)
Tony here, and I live in Sheridan. Im new to the board and pretty new to crappie fishing, "no pro by any means". I like to fish a lot of places in southeast Arkansas such as Chicot, Grand, and Wallace. I also fish the White River Refuge as much as I can. I also like fishing Ouachita, Although Im Not very educated on it yet. I also fish eastern Arkansas such as, Bear Creek, Storm creek, Horseshoe, and Nine Mile. I love to fish but like I said, I'm not a pro. I would enjoy the fishing company anytime y'all want to go. Look forward to meeting some of you in the future. I have a 17' AC with 70 Yamaha and a 14' AW with a 15 Johnson.
slabbandit, I live about a half mile from Nimrod Lake. I love to fish for crappie with a variety of methods. I've enjoyed meeting many Crappie.com members this last year. I hope to fish a few new lakes this year as well as Nimrod. I have a 1988 Basstracker PF-16 with a 35 Mercury. I hope to update my electronics and trolling motor this season. Hope to meet many more Crappie.com folks this year.
I'm Steve from Monticello. My main fishing partner is my son David (blue thunder) who lives in White Hall. We mostly spider rig but sometimes pull/push crankbaits or longline depending on the conditions and bite. My main boat is a Triton XP200 w/225 Merc but also use a ProCraft 17 ft aluminum boat w/80 Yamaha for waters that I can't get the Triton into. David uses a 1654 F&F w/50 E-Tec. We fish SE Arkansas, MS, and NE Louisiana . . . . . our favorite lake is where ever they are biting hot at the time! We like to catch large-size Crappie and anything over 2 lbs gets our attention pretty quick! We both work a lot but spend most weekends fishing. Sometimes get to take a day off during the week but not often. Oh yea, we don't buy minners!
Kevin from Jefferson. I have fished for nothing but bass for a lot of years on the Arkansas River and have just gotten into crappie since finding you guys. Still haven't figured out crappie fishing on that old river but have caught enough to get the taste for them. Not even worried with bass anymore.

Live in Ozark. I mainly fish the AR River. Got a 16 ft war eagle with a 25 evinrude e tec.
I'm Tony. I have a bass tracker pro crappie 175. I mainly fish the Ouchita and saline rivers. I do occasionaly take a small road trip and fish Chicot, Wallace, Wilson, Cane Creek, Lake Monticello, Morgans Point. I grew up not too far from morgans point and will still go spend a few days with the grandparents and fish the AR River and other local lakes in that area.
Where do u put in on the saline I been hearin good things about it but never fished there was thinkin bout goin up there
Most of the time I put in at the crossett harbor or the felsenthal boat ramps. I will go to longview or ozmets bluff depending on the river level. I don't normally go up river much further than that.
my name is zack i live outside ward city limits about a quater mile i fish for bass mostly but am getting into crappie fishin i fish greers ferry when i do i put in at devils fork and i fish lake barnette alot i fish with my uncle and cousin alot i fish alot of local farm ponds that have bass and crappie in them i have a 10 foot flatbottom i fish out and it is good for getting in to those shallow spot and tight spots and am also new to crappie.com

I'm RCC and I'm from NE AR. I don't catch many, but believe in going with the latest equipment to give you the edge over the wiley crappie. I fish out of a glass boat. Since it is a manly type boat, I've name it Sir Leaksalot. I have it equiped with a wireless troller, dual bucket seats on the bow, an interference free and wireless depth finder, and also fish the custom bamboo rod. Here is a pic of my setup.

If anyone would like to go, just give me a shout. Don't forget to bring your life jacket and an extra bailing bucket would be nice as well. I'll even let you run the wireless troller.
