Too Windy to Fish

Got up to go this morning but the wind as already blowing so I decided to just stay at the house. Cleaned up my work bench some poured 200 jig heads and painted them. Also changed the oil in both outboards on my boat so the day has been busy.

Sounds simular to my day,,the wind was howling early on, I painted 100 jigs that I had poured the night before, ate hog jowl and blackeyed pea's and cornbread til I was round..I oughta be rich this year...lol

I like blackeyed over the purple hull and I have been having a hard time finding blackeyed since moving to AR. I'm talking fresh and then we freeze them. Canned just aren't the same.

I had my black eyed peas and hog jowl, plus boiled cabbage smoked brisket, and Mexican cornbread. I need all the good luck I can get for the new year upcoming. Happy New Years to all and wishes of good luck to all.
