Looks good. That may save busting your arse whilke loading or unloading the boat. Xring and your posts have me thinking about modify'n my trailer. I could use a walk or step on my trailer sometimes.

Just below the wench is a eye bolt, also one at the back of trailer....
Plans are when I unhook the boat I can unhook the rope from the eyebolt and hook it to the boat. When the boat floats off I can unhook the rope from the boat and hook it back in the eye bolt.
Got tired of keeping up with the rope I use to unload, think this way I'll never forget it b/c it'll all ways be hooked to the trailer.
I unload and load by myself most of the time and anything to make it easier and faster I'm all ears.I hardly ever need to walk the tongue but sometimes I need to,the walkway will make safer and easier=faster lol.

Sweet and pretty simple idea and a very marketable one too.

Yep,,that'll work. I couldn't do that because my frame spreads just aft of the wench stand and my boat has a, looks like maybe 7 degree V....just guessing here..
