Default Just had 2nd Total Knee Replacement

I just got home from a stay at the hospital after getting my 2nd Total Knee. Sore don't begin to describe it! Ready to start a month of rehab and see if I can be ready to go by March or April. Ya'll leave some for us!

My advice is to do your therapy faithfully! If you don't you will only be hurting yourself in the long run. For the patient, the surgery itself is the easy part. During the recovery process the ball is in your court and it is up to you to work with the therapist in order to reestablish movement and strength and keep that pesky scar tissue pushed out of the way. Use your ice bag!

Your exactly right. Had both mine done. Do the exercises that the therapist leaves for you to do.. Don't Slack...

My dad had his done in july and is loving it (since the therapy and laying around is over)!!! LOL He is considering getting his other one done if he feels his sales wont get too bad on him, hard to be out a month or two when you are based on commission..
