Nice limit of Squirrel, my wife cooks em in a pressure cooker for about 11/2 hr first and then batters and frys up with some crappie fillets. Talk about tender. Yummy

Don't think these will need any precooking. The young Squirrels are out here. How many will be fishing? Bet there will be more after Bambi.Rofl

goodness cp, you better check with your wife. 12 minutes in a pressure cooker and the meat will be falling off the bones of the toughest squirrel in the woods. i brown mine and that's only a couple of minutes in the skillet on each side then about a cup of water in the pressure cooker and start counting when the weight starts a slow rocking and 10 to 12 minutes they are tender as a mothers love.

I will be fishing. I lost interest in deer hunting several years ago. I am better at cleaning fish than deer. Last deer I field dressed I puked for 30 minutes. I never gag cleaning fish.
