When I finally got to the loading ramp today on Dardanelle, I was the only rig there. I could see to the other ramp at Dwight Mission and it was empty too so I figured the water must be muddy after 3 inches of rain but as I got farther into the channel it looked ok. I got to my sweet spot at 7:30 and by 10:05 I had my 20 crappie so I went home. I had 15 in the first 30 minutes and it sloooowed down and took my another 2 hours to catch the other five. Its amazing to me that the crappie were biting like they were and not another boat on the lake. I got most of them in 12 FOW near a steep drop off with a Char and pink marabou jig I made the night before.
