    Default Conway Caney Creek today

Fished Caney today with a friend , late start (about 9:00) caught 16 that we kept . Fished till 2:00. Threw back 6-7 dinks . No Big-uns in the 16 we kept, but nice fish.

Best part was running into Crappie Pro , he gave us some pointers that got us going , nice meeting you sir and thanks for the advice !!

Color was chartruse(cant spell) 1/32nd oz. head. 12-24 inches deep in the pads . Just waiting on fresh water and a cold front.

I sure wish these fronts would wait till the weekends to come in. I fished there this weekend, caught enough to put in the grease but it sure was slow.

Slow everywhere from what I've heard. Glad you caught a mess anyway.

Nice meeting you too Tony John, Glad you caught a mess. Me and my uncle caught a double limit out there today and threw back about 30 more. All 9-12 inchers, we came home and cleaned and fried up a mess along with some fried tators, for the Fam. Very Yummy and some fast action. Time is ticking and the Big-uns will show up soon.

I fished Cansy this morning as well. Caught a limit of mostly 10 - 12 inchers by 9:30. Did have four fish over 14" today - all four blacks. Three came off the same spot. Caught mine on a chart/white mid-south super jig.
