Hello fellow fishermen,

I wanted to let you know of an event called Crappie Academy that is coming to your state. I first would like to say thank you to Slab, Thumbs Up for donating Crappie.com products to be given away at Crappie Academy.



Crappie Academy to be held on Saturday November 12, 2011, 9:30 am to 1:00 pm at the Larry S. Bryant Multipurpose & Wellness Center in Forrest City, AR in conjunction with Angler’s Day Out. Crappie Academy is an intensive course taught by some of the top professional crappie tournament anglers and guides. The course will cover some of the hottest techniques in crappie fishing. The old school method of lecturing is over; Crappie Academy specializes in hands on learning. With one on one interaction with the pros and a relaxed atmosphere it’s sure to be a pleasurable experience.

Man, I'd love to be there but that's opening day of modern gun season for most of the state and I haven't missed an opening day in 40 years. Too bad because I like the format and looks like some really good stuff there. Good luck to you anyway.
