    I just love those Cubs! My brother has one that we fly quite often. I don't let him do those hammerheads with me in the plane! I have an Ercoupe that I like to scout fishing holes with! However, the Cub has better visibility and lets you fly "low and slow" for a good look. Nothing like waking the guys up on lake Lee!!

    That wire in the middle of the picture, you know why it has a 90 degree bend in it?

    So it will not fall into the bottom of the gas tank, when you run out of gas.

    After flying that one I want one too! Back before Bobby Yonkin was in the tragic mid-air crash that took his life, I got to fly with him, training me to do some arobatic flying. Found I rather fly upside down than right side up. Hope next year I can get current and start flying again. I miss it like crazy

    I've got a little cub time and a litle ercoupe time. Flew aeobatics with Dr Charles Scanlon. Not current today.

    Looks like the pic was from the front seat.
